Shipping Policy

Processing
All non-customized orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This does not include shipping time. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Please include ample time for processing and receipt of your order.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

I offer free standard shipping on all orders over $55. These will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail and come with a tracking number. You may choose expedited shipping for a fee.

Sticker-only orders are mailed via USPS in a standard stamped envelope for a $1 shipping fee.

 

Reluctant Visuals ships from North Carolina. Regional orders will naturally arrive faster than those to the west coast. Please keep in mind that once your order is handed over to USPS, I have no control over the package. Shipping times are estimates only.

 

International Shipping
At this time, I cannot ship outside of the US. Feel free to contact me with any questions or requests and I will try to accommodate you..

 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available via USPS. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me via the contact page with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Return Policy

I have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact me via the contact page. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Repairs
Stuff happens! I get it. I offer free repairs within two years on any jewelry piece, pending availability of materials. 

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility as long as the damage was caused after shipment.
